I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialized in both traditional and integrative mental health care.

Over the past 13 years in healthcare, I’ve worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, and complex relational patterns. While symptoms may vary, what I often see beneath them are deeply human themes: perfectionism, self-doubt, chronic responsibility, and the quiet exhaustion of holding everything together. I rarely see any two people the same way, and I rarely look for just one explanation.
Clients often describe our work as steady, collaborative, and nuanced. My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but meaningful, sustainable change. Care should feel like something you’re doing with someone, not something being done to you.

I work especially well with thoughtful adults who don’t feel fully represented by labels — whether that’s a diagnosis, a life path, or a standard treatment model. I approach each person as a whole, recognizing the emotional, physical, relational, and existential layers that shape mental health.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington and my Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Services
Medication Management
Medication is never a one-size-fits-all solution.
I approach prescribing thoughtfully and collaboratively, considering not only symptoms, but your lived experience, values, and long-term goals. Whether you are exploring medication for the first time or re-evaluating a current regimen, we prioritize clarity, simplicity, and safety.
As an integrative practitioner, I consider the full picture — including sleep, nutrition, stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors — because sustainable mental health rarely comes from medication alone. When medication is used, it should support you in feeling more like yourself, not less.
Initial evaluations: 60–90 minutes — $200
Follow-ups: 30 minutes — $100
Follow-up appointments are typically monthly at first, then spaced to every three months once stable.
Psychotherapy
Therapy offers a structured, confidential space to explore patterns, relationships, identity, and the deeper layers shaping your emotional life.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-informed work. Sessions are collaborative and tailored — sometimes practical and skills-based, sometimes insight-oriented and exploratory.
My approach remains integrative. Emotional healing is influenced by biology, stress load, relational history, and meaning-making. We work at the level that creates lasting change, not just short-term symptom reduction.
Sessions: 60 minutes — $200
GeneSight Testing + Review
The GeneSight Psychotropic Test analyzes clinically relevant genetic variations that influence how your body metabolizes and responds to certain psychiatric medications.
While genetic testing does not determine which medication will “work,” it can provide helpful information about metabolism patterns and medication sensitivity. For some individuals, this shortens the trial-and-error process and improves treatment precision.
The test itself may be covered by insurance. Review appointments are not insurance-covered.
Review appointment: 60 minutes — $200
I do not accept insurance at this time. This allows sessions to remain private, unhurried, and clinically tailored without the limitations often imposed by insurance networks.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a detailed Superbill for potential reimbursement.
