Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a background in both traditional and integrative mental health care. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges—anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and beyond. My approach is evidence-based yet deeply personal, drawing from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, psychodynamic insight, and a strong understanding of how the body and brain influence each other. But I’m not just here to prescribe or “fix.” I’m here to listen; to really see you. Clients often tell me they feel safe in our sessions, free to explore both the surface and the depth of what they’re experiencing.
I offer a space that’s non-judgmental, warm, and collaborative. Whether we’re exploring therapy, medication, or both, I believe care should feel like something you’re doing with someone, not to someone. I’m especially attuned to those who feel like they don’t quite fit into boxes, whether that’s a diagnosis, life path, or the standard treatment model. I approach each person as a whole, taking into account the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual layers that shape well-being. If you’re looking for a provider who values nuance, honors your intuition, and tailors treatment to you, not just your symptoms, I’d love to meet you!
